Extra Virgin Olive Oil Classic

An Extra Virgin Olive Oil from the Salento territory, produced from our land in front of the hystorical Gonzaga’s Tower from 1577. An Extra Virgin Olive Oil of green and black olives, a rich oil with fruity parfum and a tasty feeling of olive pulp.

We grow 40 hectares of olive trees, for a total of about 1.500 plants, many of them centuries old. The olives are between 20 and 75 mt. above sea level, on steep incline that overlook the Maldives of Salento. The olives are taken to the mill on the day of collection order to maintain maximum freshness of fruits and hatred made from it. Crushing and extraction are very accurate, at temperatures below 27 ° C, with continuous mill.
