The Black Olive Patè is respecting our philosophy of “total quality”, a product without compromise with high organoleptic properties. Incredible to season pasta, or tasty salads. Ideal to spread on crostini, or onto meat dishes.

Is produced with:
– 90% Leccino
– 10% Cellina di Nardò variety.

Ingredients: Black olives (76,34%), EVO Antica Masseria del Fano (16,16%), parsley (1,61%), garlic (0,80%), salt (4,8%).
acidity regulator: lactic acid.
Pasteurised product.
