The Bistrot "La Terrazza"

The bistrot “La Terrazza” is dedicated exclusively to the guests of the Masseria Fano, it was built with local materials with a rural language.
The menu reflects the seasons and the dishes are prepared with organic, fresh products from the short supply chain of local and regional excellence.

The vegetables, vegetables and aromatic herbs used are grown directly in the Masseria’s garden and harvested before their use. The bistro offers a wine list that highlights and traces the vineyards and wine of Masseria Fano.


Our staff will take you on a tour of the Masseria, recounting age-old stories and local traditions linked to the production and cultivation of olives and vines.

You will then be taken for a tasting of our award-winning extra virgin olive oils and discover their qualitative, nutritional and organoleptic characteristics. This experience will help you to get to know a high quality olive oil.

Cooking Class

A unique experience, a full immersion in the Apulian culinary tradition. Participants will have access to fresh and genuine traditional products, to be cooked in a relaxing and familiar atmosphere.
