Immersed in the greenery of Salento, in a place where in the eighth century AD there were monasteries of Basilian monks and a watchtower erected in 1577 by the Gonzagas of Mantua, both still existing, the Masseria Fano continues its history under the banner of agricultural productivity and hospitality. Masseria Fano as usual, welcomes its guests to perpetuate its culture: that of rest and refreshment made unforgettable thanks to the perfect harmony between nature and man.
With the same care given to its guests, 1,500 centuries-old olive trees are cultivated which extend over 40 hectares of fertile land. Our exclusive products are born between the sea and the land, including a prestigious extra virgin olive oil, all intended for a consumer with a demanding and refined taste.

Our excellence
Masseria Fano offers food and wine excellences designed to satisfy the most refined palates. Among these, four selections of extra virgin olive oil, the puree obtained with organic tomatoes, the black olive paté, the pomegranate vinegar and the whole wildflower honey. The latter contains the essence of the characteristic flowers of southern Italy typical of the native scrub.
In addition, the agricultural tradition focuses on the care of viticulture by selecting the best bunches from native vineyards, for the production of Negroamaro in purity, unique for its red color and its aromas of withered red fruits. A small selection of Fiano completes the range of products, a pleasant white wine with a convivial character.
